This Right of Withdrawal ("Right") applies to customers of Baboon Hosting ("Company," "we," or "us") who are consumers and have entered into a contract for the provision of services. This Right allows you to withdraw from the contract within a specified timeframe, subject to the conditions outlined below.

1. Right of Withdrawal:

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason within a period of 14 days from the date of contract formation or the receipt of the initial service, whichever is later.

2. Exercise of the Right:

To exercise your Right of Withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use the withdrawal form provided by us or submit a clear and unequivocal statement expressing your intent to withdraw.

3. Effects of Withdrawal:

If you exercise your Right of Withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including any initial setup fees, within 14 days from the receipt of your withdrawal notice. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:

Please note that the Right of Withdrawal may not apply or may be limited in certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

• If the services have been fully performed with your consent before the withdrawal period expires.
• If the contract is for the provision of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, and you have expressly waived your Right of Withdrawal.
• If the contract is for urgent repair or maintenance services, and you have requested immediate performance.

5. Termination:

If you exercise your Right of Withdrawal after the performance of services has begun but before the withdrawal period expires, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount based on the services already provided up to the point of withdrawal.
