7. Termination:
Either party may terminate this Agreement for convenience by providing written notice to the other party. We may also suspend or terminate your account immediately in case of a breach of this Agreement or if required by law. Upon termination, your access to our services will be revoked, and you must cease using our services.

8. Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information received from the other party during the term of this Agreement and for a period of five (5) years thereafter.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
