This Right of Withdrawal (“Right”) applies to customers of Baboon Hosting (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) who are consumers and have entered into a contract for the provision of services. This Right allows you to withdraw from the contract within a specified timeframe, subject to the conditions outlined below.

1. Right of Withdrawal:
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason within a period of [number of days] days from the date of contract formation or the receipt of the initial service, whichever is later.

2. Exercise of the Right:

– If the contract is for the provision of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, and you have expressly waived your Right of Withdrawal.
– If the contract is for urgent repair or maintenance services, and you have requested immediate performance.

5. Termination:
If you exercise your Right of Withdrawal after the performance of services has begun but before the withdrawal period expires, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount based on the services already provided up to the point of withdrawal.
