2.2. Storage Usage: You agree to use the allocated storage space for hosting your legitimate website content and associated files. Unauthorized storage, including backup or archival purposes, is not permitted.
2.3. Server Resources: You shall not engage in any activity that overloads or monopolizes the server resources, such as CPU, memory, or disk input/output. Any usage that significantly degrades the performance or disrupts the functioning of our servers is prohibited.
2.4. Prohibited Activities: You shall not use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, sending spam emails, distributing malware, engaging in hacking or unauthorized access, or engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

3. Resource Allocation:
Baboon Hosting allocates resources, including but not limited to bandwidth, storage, and server resources, based on fair and reasonable usage standards. The specific resource allocations are determined by the service plan you have subscribed to or as agreed upon in writing.

4. Monitoring and Enforcement:
We reserve the right to monitor and analyze your usage patterns to ensure compliance with this Fair Use Policy. If we determine, at our sole discretion, that your usage violates this Policy or adversely affects our services or other users, we may take appropriate actions, including, but not limited to, limiting, suspending, or terminating your access to our services.

5. Amendments:
We may update or revise this Fair Use Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Policy on our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

6. Severability:
If any provision of this Fair Use Policy is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This Fair Use Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Dutch law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
