A low monthly plan price is only one part of the decision. Compare the final order total and the work you need around it.
Start with the hosting plan
Compare storage, website allowance, databases, control panel and traffic terms. A plan that fits your current project is usually better value than unused capacity.
Add domains and optional services
Domain registration, transfers, email options, backups and support can affect the total. Make a list of the services you actually need before comparing providers.
Check billing and tax
Look at monthly or annual billing, applicable taxes, setup fees and the final checkout total. The order summary should show the amount before payment.
Budget for your own time
A VPS can have a low monthly price but requires more administration. Include update, monitoring and recovery work when comparing it with shared hosting.
